A thought-provoking retreat was organized for directors and staff over a very special weekend from 21/11/2015 to 22/11/2015. The purpose of it was to facilitate a more insightful reflection on the institution’s mission and vision; to raise the sense of mission for the charitable works of Thong Chai; to instill a deeper sense of belonging to the institution; all these so as to keep the generosity of spirit on which the institution was founded, alive and burning.
